Infra-Struct Development is a young company with an old-fashioned idea: do the work properly, put it in writing, and answer the phone.
We are assembling this company deliberately — the trades, the suppliers, and the office side, one careful hire at a time.
That is not a small thing in construction. Most of the trouble people have with a contractor comes down to a crew that was pulled together for one job and a subcontractor nobody checked. We would rather grow slower and know every person who steps onto your property.
We work on homes and we work on streets, sidewalks, and site work. The drawings look different, but the standard does not. Concrete that was poured over a badly prepared base cracks in two winters. A wall framed without a proper header sags. Both are invisible when they are done and obvious five years later.
As a woman-owned firm in a trade that is still mostly men, we are used to being asked to prove it. So we keep things on paper, we give you a real number instead of a vague range, and we do not disappear halfway through a job.

We work in the middle of people lives. Materials stacked, noise kept sane, the street left cleaner than we found it.
